Roasted Pumpkin Seeds

Take the seeds from your pumpkin. You don't have to rinse them, and its okay to leave some of the pulp and strings, it justs adds flavor. Lay them out on a cookie sheet. Spray them with PAM and sprinkle salt, garlic salt, or even seasoning salt on them. Bake at 350 for about 1/2 hour or until they are golden brown.

This year I remembered to save my seeds, so I made these. They were so yummy! I think 1/2 an hour was a little too long, but that may be because my oven is on the fritz. :)
