1 8 oz pkg of cream cheese (softened)
1/2 cup of margarine or butter
2 eggs
1/4 t salt
1 3/4 cup of Flour
1 cup of sugar
1 t baking soda
Mix softened cream cheese and butter together, then add eggs and sugar and mix well. Add remaining dry ingredients. Bake @ 350 for 6 to 8 min.
If you love the soft cookies then these are the perfect ones. You can add cream cheese frosting on top but they are delicious without too. Enjoy!!!
