Sage Pork Chops

You Need:
2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. dried sage
1 tsp black pepper
6 center bone-in pork chops
2 tbsp butter
1 cup water
2 cubes beef bouillon

Directions:

Combine salt, sage, pepper in small bowl and rub on both sides of pork chops. Melt butter in large skillet and saute chops until well browned.

Meanwhile in separate small saucepan combine water and bouillon
cubes, until cubes dissolve. Add this to the pork chops, reduce heat to low, cover and simmer for 45 mins.

*This is so easy and the pork chops are super tender. I usually omit the salt or only at a tiny bit (but I am not a salt fan).
